Collected voluntarily when you subscribe to our newsletter via the homepage footer or the session subscription popup. Submission is entirely optional.
Feedback & Ratings
Star ratings and optional comments submitted through the session exit popup or the dedicated feedback page. These are anonymous unless you provide your email.
Usage Analytics
Aggregated, anonymised data about which calculators are used, page views, session duration, and device/browser type to help us improve the platform.
Local Storage Data
Calculation history, favourites, quick notes, and settings are stored locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

Readdy Forms
Processes newsletter subscriptions and feedback submissions. Data is stored securely on Readdy's servers.
Supabase
Provides our backend database for calculation history sync, testimonials, and backups. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Google Fonts
Loads web fonts for the interface. Google may log your IP address when fonts are fetched.
5Your Rights & Unsubscribe
You have full control over your data:
Unsubscribe from Emails
Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact us directly and we will remove you immediately.
Delete Local Data
Clear your calculation history, favourites, and notes at any time from the Settings page.
Access & Correction
Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your email or any other personal data we hold. We will action this within 30 days.
6Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, Row-Level Security on our database, and access controls limiting who can view submitted data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
